CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Muscle Blessing believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Muscle Blessing does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it's out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The refund will be initiated once Muscle Blessing has received the products in good condition. For payments made through credit/debit cards, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.

Return Policy

We have a "no questions asked" return policy which entitles all our esteemed customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the same day. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be accompanied by photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are exempt from returns. These include:

Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations governing nutritional supplements. Perishable goods such as food items, beverages with short shelf life, or items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may be marked as final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards, promotional codes, and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Items that are returned without original packaging, accessories, or freebies that came with the product may not be eligible for a full refund. Products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return request and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

For orders paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet, the refund will be credited to the same payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will require your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after the refund is processed for the amount to reflect in your account. Muscle Blessing is not responsible for any delays caused by banking processes.

In case of replacement, the replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges for replacements will be borne by Muscle Blessing if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Breakdown

Order cancelled before shipment: Full refund of the order amount including shipping charges if any. Defective or wrong product received: Full refund including shipping charges, or free replacement as per customer preference. Change of mind (product unused and unopened): Refund of product value minus original and return shipping charges. Order refused at delivery: Refund of product value minus shipping charges. Partial order cancellation: Refund for cancelled items only, shipping charges may be adjusted based on remaining order value.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are eligible for return, subject to availability of the replacement product. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If the exchange product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the exchange product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges are only available for size/flavor variations where applicable. Exchange for a completely different product may be treated as a return and new purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number and date of delivery, clear photographs of the damaged product showing the defect, photographs of the packaging showing any visible damage, brief description of the issue.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free pickup of the damaged product and provide either a full refund or a replacement as per your preference. Please do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging until our customer service team provides further instructions.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps: Log in to your Muscle Blessing account and go to "My Orders" section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return. Click on "Request Return/Refund" and select the reason for return. Upload photographs if the product is damaged or defective. Submit the request and note down the return request ID.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or pickup will be arranged depending on your location.
