SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Subscription Terms") govern your participation in Muscle Blessing's subscription program ("Subscribe & Save" or "Subscription Service"). By enrolling in our Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.

The Subscription Service is offered by Muscle Blessing, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at 123 Fitness Street, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001, India. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Muscle Blessing" refer to the company, and "you" or "your" refers to the subscriber.

Subscription Overview

Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to receive automatic, recurring deliveries of your favorite supplements and fitness products at discounted prices. By subscribing, you authorize Muscle Blessing to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency. The Subscription Service is designed to ensure you never run out of your essential supplements while enjoying exclusive savings and benefits.

Subscription benefits include: Discounts of up to 15% on all subscription orders compared to one-time purchase prices. Free shipping on all subscription deliveries regardless of order value. Priority processing and faster dispatch of subscription orders. Exclusive access to subscriber-only promotions and early access to new product launches. Flexibility to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Dedicated customer support for subscription-related queries.

Eligibility and Enrollment

To subscribe to our service, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must have a valid payment method that can be charged on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your account information, including payment details and delivery address, to ensure uninterrupted service.

Enrollment in the Subscription Service constitutes your agreement to these Subscription Terms. You may subscribe to individual products or create a subscription bundle with multiple products. Each subscription is associated with your registered Muscle Blessing account and cannot be transferred to another user.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer flexible delivery frequencies to suit your consumption patterns and preferences. Monthly subscription delivers products every 30 days and offers a 10% discount on the regular price. Bi-monthly subscription delivers products every 60 days and offers a 12% discount on the regular price. Quarterly subscription delivers products every 90 days and offers a 15% discount on the regular price.

Subscription prices are based on the discounted rate at the time of enrollment. However, prices may change due to factors including but not limited to changes in manufacturer pricing, import duties, taxes, or market conditions. We will notify you of any price changes at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers may not be combinable with subscription discounts unless explicitly stated. Subscription discounts apply to the product price only and do not apply to applicable taxes or any additional services you may opt for.

Payment Terms

By subscribing, you authorize Muscle Blessing to automatically charge your selected payment method on each scheduled delivery date. Payment is charged on the day your subscription order is processed, typically 2-3 days before the scheduled delivery date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each scheduled charge, giving you the opportunity to modify or skip the upcoming delivery.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and select digital wallets for subscription payments. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds or credit available. If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again after 24 hours. After three consecutive failed payment attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused, and you will be notified via email.

To reactivate a paused subscription due to payment failure, you must update your payment information and manually resume the subscription from your account settings. Muscle Blessing reserves the right to cancel subscriptions with persistent payment issues.

Modifying Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription and can make changes at any time through your Muscle Blessing account dashboard. Available modifications include: Changing the products in your subscription by adding new products, removing existing ones, or swapping for different variants. Adjusting the quantity of items in your subscription. Changing your delivery frequency between monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly options. Updating your delivery address or payment method. Skipping individual deliveries without canceling your subscription.

All modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date to take effect for that delivery. Changes made after this cutoff will apply to the following scheduled delivery. You will receive a confirmation email for any changes made to your subscription.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for a period of up to 90 days if you need a temporary break from deliveries. During the pause period, no charges will be made to your payment method, and no deliveries will be scheduled. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends unless you extend the pause or cancel the subscription.

Your subscription discounts and benefits are retained during the pause period. You may resume your subscription at any time before the pause period ends by visiting your account settings. Upon resumption, your next delivery will be scheduled according to your selected frequency from the date of resumption.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, log into your Muscle Blessing account, navigate to the "My Subscriptions" section, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled through the subscription cancellation process and must follow our standard Cancellation & Returns policy. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to subscription discounts for future purchases. You may reactivate your subscription at any time, subject to product availability.

Muscle Blessing reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time due to product discontinuation, repeated payment failures, violation of our Terms of Use, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and process any applicable refunds.

Delivery and Shipping

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Subscription orders enjoy free shipping across India, regardless of order value. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and typically range from 3-7 business days from dispatch.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, standard shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed minus applicable shipping costs.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund and Return Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product in your subscription delivery, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund as per your preference.

Refunds for subscription orders are processed at the discounted price paid, not the regular retail price. Subscription discounts are non-transferable and cannot be refunded separately if you return a product. If your subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, you will not be charged for any future deliveries, but no refunds will be issued for deliveries already processed or shipped.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent availability of all subscription products, there may be instances where a product becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable due to supply chain issues, manufacturer decisions, or other factors beyond our control.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email at least 5 days before your scheduled delivery. You will have the option to select a replacement product, skip that delivery, or cancel the subscription for that product. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the unavailable product will be automatically skipped from your upcoming delivery. If a product is permanently discontinued, your subscription for that item will be cancelled, and you will be notified accordingly.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Muscle Blessing reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muscle Blessing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your subscription, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from the subscription service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
